PICKUP POLICY:

There will no longer be a pickup option online. Pickups will be available at The Entrepreneurs Marketplace 13 N Williams St. Dayton OH 45402 Thurs-Saturday 12pm-7pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm. The pick up option will no longer be available online due to people to people not coming to pick up their orders. Online is mandatory shipping. These same items are available in the marketplace for pick up. If you have questions if an item is available at the marketplace, contact la.remediesllc@gmail.com and/or 9374303701. Laremedies at the marketplace tends to keep all items on hand every week.

There are NO delivery options.

SHIPPING POLICY:

There is a 7-14 day turnaround time before shipping is sent out. That gives me enough time to do a plethora of people. If you are unable to pick up, your order must be shipped. NO EXCEPTIONS. LA Remedies LLC is not responsible for lost and stolen packages. Please make sure addresses and phone numbers are correct for accurate shipping. Tracking numbers will be issued per email.

PAYMENT POLICY:

We only accept card for online payments, no more cash options. This solidifies your items and we will begin the creation process. Online will be for shipping only. At the marketplace, we accept card, cash app, pay pal, and cash for selected items available for purchase.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

There are no returns permitted UNLESS the item is defective on my part. What you purchase is what you will have. There are no refunds for items that you take with you. Please read the information on the items before purchasing. Due to Covid and health/sanitation reasons, We are unable to take any products back. If there is an item defect, we will give you a store credit given proof that your item does not lather or your item is defected. You must return the item within 48hrs of purchase to get the in store credit. Any damaged items due to USPS will be replaced given proof that it was damaged coming out of the package so your email must include taking pictures and videos. If we do not have the product on hand, we will issue you a refund for the item that we don’t have or for any damaged/defected products.
